Still haven't received anything I ordered
This is a Fraudelent order placed on stolen credit card. A Chargeback was issued before the tree was shipped and the order was cancelled.
I love my tree but it started dropping needles as soon as i recieve the tree. What to do
Happy to hear you love the tree! Balsams shed some needles, they should retain plenty to look nice throughout the christmas season. Have you given the bottom a fresh cut? This helps it drink more water. If you could kindly email me some photos so i can have a closer look that would be greatly appreciated!

This little beauty was so fresh the stump still had sap running. I placed it on the table top and it immediately began to fill the house with the balsam smell. For me balsam=Christmas. I will definitely buy again
The tree arrived fresh, and lively. When I took it out, it looked as if it had just be cut recently. I put it up with a tree stand, and a week later, it still is green, fresh and even more beautiful as it has opened up to the room.
