Shipping policy
We take pride in the accuracy of our shipping dates (over 95% accurate!). Of course, external factors could delay these dates. Because these are estimates, exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping live products has its challenges. Occasionally, Mother Nature does not follow schedule! On these rare occasions, tracking will update.
If a tree gets damaged during shipment we will replace the tree.
We do delivery date ranges to avoid any late arrivals. We target the first day of the date range selected.
For example if a customer chooses delivery date Nov.29th-Dec 1st, we ship to arrive on Nov.29th. Occasionally a carrier will have a 1 day delay, and rarely 2 days. If this is the case the tree will arrive in the given delivery date range. Its extremely rare for a carrier delay to exceed 2 days.
