Refund policy
RETURNS:
We do not accept any returns. Christmas Trees are difficult to box and expensive to ship. They also would most likely not survive 2 transits. Returning a tree does not make sense for either us or the customer. We do not run into many issues, but when we do we take immediate action.
Refunds:
Our guarantee is that you receive a full, beautiful, fresh Christmas tree.
If we don't meet this or there is a problem with your tree we send a replacement. Please just call or email us explaining your concerns and send us a photo. Our trees grow for 10+ years, a lot of time and work goes into each one and we send our perfect trees in the mail. If an error was to occur, or you are not satisfied, we will immediately send you a replacement. If a situation arises where a replacement does not work please call or email us. We want every customer to be satisfied and to buy their trees from us for years to come!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@christmastreesinthemail.com. Overall it's a straightforward process and we will make sure you receive you're refund.
