I have been ordering trees here for quite some time and they are always on time and their customer service is great. I am so glad that I found this company !!
This is our 3rd year ordering a tree from you and all have been pretty but this one was the prettiest and most fragrant. But, this tree dried out so fast that it will need to be taken down early. When we got the delivery I could tell the tree was soaked down with water (the cardboard box was damp), we trimmed the trunk and within an hour placed the tree in the stand with water. But even with all that the tree never accepted much water and within 4 days we noticed the tree needles dropping fast and if the branches are bumped the needles crumble off. So yes the tree is pretty but this year's tree is disappointing since we cannot leave it up to New Year's Eve as we traditionally do. If we were to order next year I think we would try out the Blue Spruce or Nobles since our family has had great luck with those trees from different suppliers in past years.
As always the tree is great, fresh and great shape. Have used Christmas Trees in the Mail multiple times and have never been disappointed. Better tree than anything you can get on a tree lot here in Scottsdale AZ. Will order again for sure.
Beautiful tree delivered right on time, great service! I even had to get the tree a week earlier than expected and they honored my request! Second year ordering a large balsam fir tree and both times have been exceptional!
