Our Trees are freshly cut and harvested from our farm in Ham-Nord (Quebec). We send our best trees for our mail order business. Each tree is fresh, full, dense, and quality checked prior to shipment. Trees that don’t pass our inspection are sold to tree lots.

Tree arrived 2 days later than the selected delivery window, and we had already left for our cruise so the tree sat out in the driveway for a week with no water. So don’t trust the delivery window they give you. If I had been able to choose another delivery service I would have because FDX is the worst.
The tree looks amazing though, and even though it is dry and shedding needles I would still order again. I just wish they gave you a choice of shipping companies.

I was a little hesitant because usually I pick out my trees in person. Not many people have trees available for purchase before Thanksgiving, though. These were a bit pricey, and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since they are shipped. It arrived, very quickly, in a tightly packed box. After carefully opening the box, all you could smell was Christmas tree. It was very delightful. I had asked for a fatter fuller tree, and I surely received it. I had also requested that a hole be drilled into my tree so that I could place it on my tree stand. They followed all the order notes and any questions I had were answered very quickly through chat. I am very pleased with this service and will most likely use them again next year.
