I have been hesitant to submit a negative review. I am a live and learn type and have definitely been taught much with this purchase. Historically, I have purchased and paid up for premium, fresh cut trees from William Sonoma and have been very pleased. Damage from this year's hurricanes - Helene and Milton - cancelled WS's 2024 crop. Instead, I purchased my tree this year from ChristmasTreesintheMail.com - Order 11819. When the tree arrived on 12/12/24, it was obvious that the tree was not fresh and had been cut weeks if not months earlier. I immediately contacted CTITM and got the impression that the seller is always right - any issues were on me. Despite the downpour of needles, I cut the muddy base and put it inside and it quickly stopped taking water. I removed the tree this morning as it had become the perfect rendition of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. My advice, but local - you will get a tree cut weeks earlier that is just as fresh for a whole lot less money. If you are looking for a truly premium, freshly cut tree, look at William Sonoma, hopefully they will be back in business next year.
I only like live trees, and they must be at least 8 feet tall. This tree came to me very fresh tall and beautiful. Although it wasn’t as full as some of the other trees I’ve had in the past—the color was excellent! The aroma of evergreen filled the entire house. I also purchased the lights and enjoyed the mini flashing colors. Everyone who saw the tree fell in love with it. I named it Harry. Smile
Tree was nice but not as nice as the one last year. Last year’s tree was fuller and fresher. Still a great tree albeit a bit pricey. However convenience trumps price when you are 77 years old. 🤓🤓🤓🤓😳

Arrived fresh and in excellent condition. I am always amazed the something in such a skinny box can unfold into a full and perfectly shaped tree. Will definitely be buying again next year.
