The tree was not as wide as I would have liked. When we opened it, there was a large branch broken off, and now there is a gaping hole. The branches are smooshed up and did not come down. It is shedding terribly. We followed all the instructions to the tee. And it is watered every day. We have an indicator on our stand to let us know how much water it used. Has hardly any fragrance. For the price, my expectations were higher.

Tree arrived in beautiful shape. Filled our house with scent of fresh pine.
I had to email customer service with questions and they were very quick to respond and helpful.

Mike is the kindness most helpful man when it comes to Christmas trees, this is my 3rd year ordering and I must say this tree is a HYBRID and the smell is incredible. I am a customer for the rest of my life. No more dried out trees, fish it the best! and the are fresh!
I was very skeptical about ordering a live tree in the mail, but I was pleasantly surprised with the tree. It is a beautiful tree, very full, and came very quickly. I would highly recommend ordering a tree and I will be back for future Christmas's.
