Tree is fresh and not dropping needles (three weeks on) and beautifully shaped. In our home, we celebrate Christmas through Epiphany and beyond, deep into the long January nights where the sweet, lit-up fir tree is a lovely metaphor for finding light even in the darkness. It was delivered 2 days before we requested it to be delivered, and sat outside in the box where we were vacationing. As a result, it was very dry and lost half of it's needles when we removed it from the box. It was disappointing.
Honestly, we were a bit skeptical about ordering a fresh tree online - however based on the many positive reviews about this company, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Our lovely 7-foot Balsam-Fraser Fir Hybrid was delivered on time and in perfect condition. We did not have to trim this tree - it was perfectly shaped, has the most wonderful fragrance and, I am happy to say still looks as fresh today as the day it was received. After years of dealing with trees that dry out within days of purchase, this was a refreshing change. We would not hesitate to purchase again - and might even consider a larger tree next year!
