My 7-foot balsam was lovely and arrived in a timely manner. My only criticisms would be that it had a split crown, making it difficult where to place the star, and that the box was challenging to open. It took two of us and a crowbar to get the tree out of the box. However, those were minor issues, and I would definitely order again.
This was my first order and it won’t be my last. We were very pleased with the tree we received. We even received compliments on it!
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND SMELLED GREAT, BUT THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE TREE LOST ALL IT'S NEEDLES. IT LOOKED TERRIBLE! WE HAD TO GO LOCAL AND GET A FRAZIER FIR AND IT WAS MUCH NICER AND LOOKS WONDERFUL.
