Tree arrived as promised Wish I could order a taller one but this one is beautiful and not dried out
This is my first purchase and I ordered the six Christmas wreaths to place on my exterior windows. They arrived quickly, smelled great, and were beautiful! One of the six wreaths was bare on one side of it which was odd and so I took a picture and emailed customer service. They promptly refunded the charge for that one wreath (I prefer led that over sending me a replacement). I would definitely order from here again!
They were all pretty this year but seems to be all dried out , could have been delayed in shipping, I usually use two on the sun room but had to remove because of needles dropping off. But will probably order again. Great people to work with.

Im sorry to hear the wreaths are drying. If their outside they should have no issue surviving their natural life cycle. If their indoor balsam wreaths begin to dry after a few weeks. They still should retain enough needles to look pretty for the month. I would be happy to send you some complimentary fraser wreaths for next season. I dont have any left now. They dont have the same strong fresh pine smell, but they last indoor and out for a few months and are also beautiful.
I bought these for my clients, and they loved them. The first thing they all did was comment on how good they smelled! It was a great corporate gift and I hope to do it again next year!
