Easy process. Arrived on time. Tree had a very nice, straight trunk. Some fairly significant gaps in the branches (only reason for dropping a star). Overall happy with our experience.

Beautiful tree-no stand
The tree us gorgeous, however, there wasn't a stand attached as is usually the case. In the description, on the website, it didn't say either.
