Limited Supply. This is our second year selling Fraser Firs. We only grow balsams and hybrids, but the Frasers come from a farm in Vermont and a neighboring farm in Quebec. Both are incredible growers, best on the market and we are excited to be in the Fraser business and ship these across the country.

It's would be an awesome service if you could choose the size. I'm giving a 5 star review, because the service and tree are great. BUT please read the following-
I would use this service for years to come, if we got to choose if the tree is fat and full, or skinny etc. Like show 4 pics of trees similar and let a customer choose, not the exact tree, I understand! But similar sizes.
I probably won't use it again for the upcoming '24 Christmas year due to this.
As easy as it made it, I enjoy fatter trees.. But the tree is healthy, and very nice otherwise, and the fact my crv doesn't get dirty was superb! Ig they change for 24 im in! Thanks! 🎄

Im glad you like the service and the tree and im sorry the tree didnt meet your preference. We select all trees that are full for mail order (Typically on the slightly wide side.) I can take special requests through the live chat feature. I can do extra fat no problem at all. If you're interested, kindly reach out to me next season, Ill select the tree for you myself and select the circumference you're interested in.

Terrible! The tree was not delivered! This however was NOT the fault of Christmas Trees in the Mail. When I reported to them that the tree was not delivered, they took immediate action and replaced my tree. Stellar response and prompt action from the seller! I would give them a 10 + star rating. I only hope they catch the Grinch who is risponsible! I warmly recommend Christmas Trees in the mail! Thank you!
