This tree is very pretty. It is fresh and is taking water. My issue is that there is no "piney" aroma. The smell is one of my favorite reasons for always buying fresn. Instead there is a very strong odor of cardboard that Is from the shipping box. It is strong and long lasting. I hate it but it does not bother my husband in the least. He loves this tree. He also loves the convenience of the delivery. So there it is. Thank you your good service.

I was a little skeptical about ordering alive tree and having it delivered, but it is the best! My husband and I are in our 70s and cannot buy a tree, mount it on our car roof and then drive home and set it up. It is too difficult at this stage of life. I love the conveniences.
Perhaps it would be better to really shake the tree prior to shipping. We were quite alarmed at the number of needles that fell the first couple of days we had the tree. We followed the instructions to a T, Including trimming the tree and making sure there was water. Before we moved to Florida, we always cut down our Christmas trees and they were vigorously shaken. The tree was beautifully shaped and gave off a marvelous aroma.

The tree is beautiful. It us full, fragrant and very nicely shaped. I will definitely be getting my tree from here again next year. I wish I could include a picture.
